Several, if practical. We want to capture normal variation rather than copy one person's habits into the system. The process owner can then distinguish acceptable variation from an operation that genuinely breaks the standard.

It is a useful group if each person has a defined role. The operator explains real practice, the supervisor confirms priorities, quality confirms exception labels, and controls confirms timing and interfaces.
